| Security Deposit |
A 10,000 thai baht or the equivalent in your local currency is required upon arrival to cover any damages, This will be refunded upon departure.
Note : this may be reduced for short term rentals, details on application. |
| Cancellation |
Any Villa cancelled prior to the arrival date will be subjected to cancellation conditions.
Low Season : 10 days before arrival. For late cancellation, a one night charge.
High Season : 30 days before arrival. For late cancellation, half of stay will be charged
Peak Season : 45 days before arrival. For late cancellation, whole period will be charged.
All cancelations will be charged a 15% administration fee. |

Any guest failing to arrive on the arrival date will be subjected to no-show charge.
